This website is owned and operated by G.K EXPORTS trading as THE BURNT SOUL (or “we” or “us” or “our”). By entering, accessing or using our website in any way, you agree to comply with the following Website Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy, and our Returns Policy (collectively our “Website Conditions”), as well as any other laws or regulations which apply to this website. In addition, when you make an enquiry or order any products or services through this website, you will do so subject to the terms and conditions on this page, as set out in our online customer terms & conditions, subject to all our other website conditions and such further terms and conditions as may be notified to you. By using this website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all of the website conditions and agree to be bound by them. Additionally, THE BURNT SOUL reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notification. Site users must agree upon and abide by these changes accordingly. Please review this page periodically for changes. Any use of our site at any time constitutes full acceptance of our service Terms.
All prices, unless indicated otherwise are in Indian Rupees.
In a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. THE BURNT SOUL will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user.
ORDER, SHIPPING AND TRACKING PROCESS
As soon you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 2-3 working days. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your order on our shipping agents sites. Transit and delivery time may vary depending on your location and the product category.
Free Shipping on all orders above Rs.2, 000/- an additional charge depending on the weight of the product will be levied on orders below that.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At The Burnt Soul, we assure you that all products are checked properly before shipping them but even then the product you receive is “Damaged, Defective”, our friendly returns policy will solve your problem.
Our returns policy accepts only exchanges/replacements and not direct refunds. We accept exchanges (stock permitting) up to 15 days from the date of delivery to customer. The returned product should be in its original packaging with all the tags and in the same unused and unwashed condition as received. You will need to inform us of any damages / defects within 48 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement. Please mail us at THEBURNTSOUL@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please mention the following information clearly in the mail:
The cost of couriering the product to our warehouse shall be borne by the customer. The Burnt Soul will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the repair of the merchandise.
WEAR AND TEAR
Leather: Slights variations in terms of texture and colours are bound to appear in each item, as no two leather skins are exactly the same. Also, leather due to its natural property is prone to scratches and marks with usage that only increases the character of the product. These scratches / marks and little variations on the same will not be subjected to rejection.
Please note, colours available at the stores may vary slightly from what is displayed on your monitor.
Digital Printing: Some of our items such as PASSPORT COVERS, TOILETRY POUCHES etc. have digital printing, hence slight variations might occur due to general property of the fabric. These are not defects but inherent to the process of production.
Hardware & Fittings: The hardware used in bags and goods are made out of metal, which might lose its shine with usage. This usually happens over time due to weather conditions & rough usage and cannot be accounted as a defect.
Fabric: Our products consist of hand-woven, block printed and vegetable dyed fabrics that might vary slightly from time to time.
Hardware Colour: Some of the products with metal hardware might tarnish or lose its shine over time due to weather conditions and usage. These are changes, which occur due to the varied use and handling of the product by the customer and cannot be held against the manufacturers.
Defects and Scratches: All our products are hand crafted; hence no two products are identical in their absolute measurements. There might be a slight change, but minimal to the eye which therefore would not change the essence of the design.

By registering your phone number with us, you consent to be contacted by us via phone calls and/or SMS notifications, in case of any order or shipment or delivery related updates. We will not use your personal information to initiate any promotional phone calls or SMS, unless you are a member of our loyalty program.
