Returns & Exchange Policy

Your orders are eligible for free exchange and we will bear the cost of reverse pick up and re-delivery only if::

1. We send you the wrong size, i.e the size you selected at the time of placing the order does not match the size you have received.

2. The product is defective.

In such cases you can raise an exchange request from our homepage by clicking on "Exchange Request" and then enter your order details or directly click on https://www.theburntsoul.com/apps/ecoreturns.

Exchange Request should be raised within 2 days, any request raised after that will not be considered.

Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.

In case the desired size of the same product is not available with us we will request you to choose other product/products - within 10 days of the product being received by us of equal or higher value (you will have to pay us the difference amount in case of a higher value product, we will not be paying you back the difference amount if the product/products are of lower value).

If all the above conditions are met after we receive the product/products we will dispatch the new product/products. (Subject to our discretion)

Please refer to the size chart before you make a purchase.

In such cases, reverse pick up charges will apply @ Rs. 300.

You need to raise a return request within 48 Hrs of receiving your order.

Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.

All intimations beyond this timeline will not be accepted for exchange.

If you'd like to exchange the size of a product that you have purchased please get in touch with us via Phone/Whatsapp/Email.

In case the desired size of the same product is not available with us we will request you to choose other product/products - within 10 days of the product being received by us of equal or higher value (you will have to pay us the difference amount in case of a higher value product, we will not be paying you back the difference amount if the product/products are of lower value).

If all the above conditions are met after we receive the product/products we will dispatch the new product/products. (Subject to our discretion)

Once we receive the product and can validate that it is unworn, the tags are intact, we will dispatch the item within 10 working days and our standard delivery time will apply.

International orders are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
