For Domestic Orders:
We provide free shipping of our products across India
.For International Orders:
We provide free international shipping to all orders equivalent to INR 10,000 and above.For orders below INR 10,000, the estimated shipping charges will be INR 2,000.
For Domestic Orders :
Orders are dispatched within 10 business days.All orders are usually delivered within 5 - 7 business days post-dispatch.
In case you need your order earlier we'll be happy to help at an additional charge for Express Shipping, please chat with our customer support via Whatsapp.
Only prepaid orders qualify for Express Delivery.
This time frame might be affected due to public holidays, natural calamities & other unavoidable circumstances.
For International Orders :
Orders are dispatched within 10 working days.
All orders are usually delivered within 5-7 business days post-dispatch.For International orders express delivery is not available.
We ship all orders from our warehouse in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
We send a confirmation email once your order is confirmed.
For a COD order, you'll receive a confirmation call before dispatching the order.
Please mention an email id and contact number that you actively use while placing your order.
An email is also sent to you after the order is shipped. It contains the tracking details of your order.
If in any case, you don’t see the email with order confirmation or tracking detail or do not receive a call from us, please do not hesitate to contact us by tapping on the Whatsapp chat | phone | email.

At the time of delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered, please do not accept the package. Please take a picture of the parcel if possible and inform us within 2 days through Phone/Email/Whatsapp, any notification received after that won't be taken into account at all. We will review the situation and would dispatch a new parcel on subject to availability as soon as possible. You'll receive an email or call to confirm the new delivery schedule before dispatch.
Unfortunately, once your orders are placed we cannot combine multiple orders due to regulatory and compliance issues. Shipping will be applicable to every new order (if both orders do not individually fall under the free international shipping criteria).
